Call for Papers

The workshop is primarily aimed at PhD students, but is open to researchers of all seniority levels. 

Participation is free of charge; however, participants are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses.

Places are limited. Participants will be selected based on the relevance of their research proposal to the workshop theme. 

Applicants will be asked to submit an extended abstract of the research they intend to present as a poster. All proposals will undergo peer review for selection purposes. 

Submission should include: 

•               Title 

•               Names of presenting author and co-authors and their affiliations. 

•               A long abstract of a maximum of 4000 characters including spaces.

Posters will be displayed on free-standing bulletin boards in portrait/vertical format. We recommend the poster size A0: 84.1 cm (width) x 118.9 cm (height) (33.1 x 46.8 inches).
